Requirements and Guidelines

  • Live in the City of Milwaukee*,

  • Be 18 years or older,

  • Be currently 23 weeks pregnant or less

  • Have an annual household income of less than $39,000.

No SSN or ITIN required.

*The program is open citywide; however, some funding is designated to prioritize eligible participants living in specific neighborhoods and ZIP codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53215 or 53218, with priority given to residents of the Lindsay Heights, Clarke Square, Layton Boulevard West, Washington Park and Silver Spring neighborhoods.
