Requirements and Guidelines

All applicants must:

Live in Arkansas
Be 27 weeks pregnant or less
Earn $44,000 or less annually

This program will serve two distinct cohorts:

One for mothers 18 to 22 years of age
One for mothers 18 years or older who have served or are serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, the National Guard, or the Reserves
