This program serves two distinct cohorts. Please see below for specific eligibility requirements for each.

Cohort A: Moms Ages 18-22

• Reside in Arkansas,

• Be 18 to 22 years of age,

• Be currently 27 weeks pregnant or less,

• Have an annual household income of $44,000 or less annually.

Cohort B: Moms in the Armed Forces

• Reside in Arkansas

• Be 18 years of age or older,

• Be currently serving or have previously served in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves

• Be currently 27 weeks pregnant or less

• Have an annual household income under $44,000, excluding VA disability compensation and veterans' benefits.
